Do this just before bed
Ingredients
2 cups Epsom Salt (or Sea Salt)
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Bentonite Clay
5-10 drops Essential Oil (lavender, geranium, sandalwood, ylang ylang and blue tansy).
Method
Run bath water (hot). Add ingredients & allow to dissolve & get warm or comfortable for ur body. Soak for 20-40 minutes. Drink full glass of water.
