Younger and glowing skin lies in your stomach. Its not just in the skin care or products you are using but in the foods you eat.So the foods you take in your diet is very important for your health and skin.

1. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, an antioxidant that protects the skin from sun damage but from the inside. To best absorb lycopene you can have them with olive oil.

2. Oatmeal
Unprocessed oatmeal are rich with vitamin E and amino acids which helps nourish your skin, counteract aging free radical and combat sun damage. So make this a part of your diet.It will control aging also very effective for you.

3. Walnuts

6. Citrus Fruits
Vitamin C is important in building collagen which helps prevent the skin from sagging. Citrus also contains bioflavonoids which helps prevent cell death by protecting the skin from UV rays.
