Healthy Tips For Diabetics


Below are some healthy tips that will help someone with diabetes

-Eat food at fixed hours
-Do not eat immediately after workout
-If you are on insulin,make sure you have three proper meals with light snacks in between
-Do not overeat
-Drink lot of water,it helps in flushing out toxins off your system
-Eat at least 20 to 25 grams of raw onions daily
-Make sure the gap between your meals are short
-Do 1 hour exercise daily
