Natural Remedies To Strengthen Nails

If you have weak nails or brittle nails and looking for natural remedies to strengthen your nails, first you must know the basics about your nails.

Human nails are made of keratin – a tough protective protein. Hence intake of protein is very essential to strengthen nails. In addition to this, sufficient intake of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin D and calcium also help to strengthen your brittle nails. Hence, include these macro-nutrient and micro-nutrients in your diet to cure your brittle nails.

Natural Remedy 1

-Take olive oil in a bowl.
-Soak your fingers in it for 15 minutes.
-Wash your hands with Lukewarm water and mild soap, but don’t wash your -nails with soap.
-Do it daily. You will have strong nails very soon.

Natural Remedy 2

-Massage your nails with fresh lemon juice for 5 minutes.
-Leave it for 5 minutes after massage and then wash your nails without -soap.
-Repeat it twice a week. Very soon you will have beautiful and strong -nails.

Natural Remedy 3

-Massage your nails with Glycerin for 5 minutes.
-Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash your nails without soap.
-Repeat it daily. It will strengthen your nails in few days.
