Effective Home Remedies To Treat Tired Legs

Salt Water Dip:
Placing your feet in warm water is a tried-and-tested method to get relief from tired legs. Get a bucket of hot water and add a tablespoon of salt to it. Dip your legs in the water and keep them inside the bucket for more than fifteen minutes. This remedy is sure to relieve your fatigue very soon.

Vinegar:
Vinegar is great for treating foot ailments. Add two tablespoons of vinegar to a tub of hot water and mix Epsom salt or sea salt. Epsom salt works instantly to soothe the feet. Soak your feet in the tub for 20 minutes and watch the troubles melt away.

Peppermint Tea:
Peppermint tea has many stress relieving properties. In case you do not have peppermint oil, use your cup of peppermint tea to relieve your leg fatigue. Simply pour the tea into a tub of hot water and soak your legs.

Clove Oil:
Clove oil is known to ease joint pains, tired feet and even headaches. Massaging the oil on your feet relaxes the muscles and stimulates blood circulation. A gentle clove oil massage a couple of times a day is recommended for aching feet.
